In-Store Pick Up & Shipping
At this time, we do not offer shipping. We only offer FREE IN-Store Pick up at our 6 locations. Please be sure to choose the store closest to you at check out. Once your order is received and item(s) are in stock at you local Truck'n America location, you will be notified by a store manager / sales rep. that you are able to pick up your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to the way our system processes orders, orders cannot be changed online once placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com or leave a voice mail at 877-878-5639. Cancellation notice must be given within 2 hours of placing your order.
Please contact the Truck'n America location you picked up your order to facilitate any return / exchange request. To facilitate an easy, enjoyable experience on behalf of all our customers, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know! We will do everything we can to make it right, including helping to troubleshoot problems or issuing an exchange or a refund. Items returned for exchange or refund must be returned within 30 days of your receipt of the item. Products should be returned in their original packaging.
